Tbh I had to turn it off right before the oven scene. I could tell it was going to be way more disturbing than their usual kills.

I thought I could take it but I was NOT expecting the eye detail

I'm glad I wasn't the only one to look away. When he entered the scene, I knew it was going to turn ugly.

Two things: 1- this is my first season of the boys watching sober, since I quit drinking last year. I totally thought I missed the whole Annie getting pregnant part and had no idea it was a big reveal but still thought it was a brilliant plot point.

2-Homelander is such a good/bad character that when the series first started I thought to myself "I bet that actor is good looking in real life." Now I can not look at that man without being just repulsed. Good acting and writing there.

From what I heard the actor is violent in real life, too.

I thought Antony Starr was a brilliant actor until this.

But he's hot in "Banshee" though.

Ngl, his Spice Girls tangent was what got me hooked.

he's always made my skin crawl of course but I felt so tense the entire time, those scenes were VERY well-done and scary as hell.

also that scene with Sage and the Deep with her eye was...I had to look away the entire time lmao

Watching Homelander in the lab was terrifying. This show gives me anxiety and i don't know how i'm going to survive with the bear coming back next week.
I don't care about Kimiko and Frenchie's storyline, i'm sorry. I hope they're not killing A-train, because right now it seems like it's going to end exactly like this, i'm going to be pissed if that's true.

Idk if they're going to kill off A-train, or at least not this season. I'm thinking they're going to have a split from him deciding to finally work against Homelander in a redemption arc while The Deep will keep on being his lackey without question, which of course will bite him by episode 8
