This is a positive of fandom. Is there a list somewhere of K-pop artists that have Hybe as their label? It would be nice to know who not to listen to.

Also, I have seen so many horrific videos and pictures coming out the past few days of children torn a part by bombs. It’s infuriating that Biden doesn’t care about those children, but he’s falsely talked once or twice about how Hamas beheaded Israeli babies on
October 7th. I hate him so much.

thanks for the flippant reply. these people are planning to stage a fucking coup once trump is in office, like they already tried before. what is not clicking for yall? there are already laws against overthrowing the government - there’s nothing biden or anyone else can do.

It's not a flippant reply, it's just that if that is possible, Biden being in government isn't going to help you.

it was absolutely flippant lol. I’m so glad that you’re obviously privileged enough in your personal life that you’d be fine with a Trump presidency 🙄

I'm a brown woman with a Muslim surname. Both Biden and Trump love to kill people who look like me cos they don't consider use human.

I hear you. and I’m not against you. I’m absolutely not condoning Biden’s actions in Gaza. but I’m also a Black woman living in a state where leaders don’t see my humanity either and where we’re losing more and more rights by the day and I don’t want to see what a Trump win will do to our already fucked up reality. he’s definitely not going to help the situation in Gaza AND he’s going to continue to disenfranchise BIPOC in the US. we’ve already felt been dealt immense repercussions from his first term

And that's fine, but if you vote to defend yourself at the expense of others, to think of the 'first they came for' saying.

I don't mean that to be snarky or rude, I reread it and realised it did, I literally mean when you start thinking 'I'll overlook x for now' where does it end.

I’m not overlooking anything or choosing to put myself over others just because I have a different viewpoint than you do. Trump is going to enable Israel to continue this genocide if he wins. That is a fact and there’s no getting around that. He’s said as much. And he’s threatened to do (and done) some really horrific things to BIPOC and women and people in the LGBTQ+ community in the US as well. So if I don’t vote for Biden in my swing state and he loses how am I defending anyone??? I’ve just made an incredibly short sighted decision that put a maniac in power again who is going to wreak havoc down upon everyone who isn’t a white man ( ... )

So is Biden.

If we replaced 'Palestine' with 'LGBTQ+' people would you still be voting for Biden?

You’re not gonna get me with whataboutism and hypotheticals. Let’s talk about what’s REALLY happening. At least Biden’s admin have been attempting ceasefire negotiations, something you surely won’t see with Trump. And this isn’t me giving Biden brownie points - he needs to cut Israel off entirely and force this to end. But it’s something - it’s an opening - it’s a chance to get in and facilitate change. With Trump, it’s a closed door.

You clearly only care about this one particular issue so it’s ironic that you want to say that I’m being self centered when you obviously don’t give a fuck about any of the other issues on the line - and you’re willing to hand the election over to a madman. Good luck to you

They've literally given "Israel" their support for an assault on Lebanon?

Have you read this. The deal the US wants allows "Israel" to keep their troops in Gaza so they can keep killing people. That's why Hamas have said they don't agree to it.

It's not a ceasefire if the US gives the 51st State free reign to keep killing people.

yeah I did. it doesn’t have what you said is in there tbh, but again - nowhere did I say this was a perfect plan. I only brought it up because again - Trump is not ever going to even make an attempt to broker a ceasefire. my point is that with him in office it’s an even more dire situation for Palestinians

Neither is Biden. If you're trying to stop a school shooting you're not telling the news cameras that this is a horrible thing that's happening while you lob ammo to the shooter through the window and tell them they will always have your undying support. Then when someone mentions the dead school children you say 'we've asked the shooter to investigate'.
