The texts with Gaga? I sometimes wonder about those texts cause Kesha told Gaga that he raped Katy. Accusations that Katy later had to come into court and deny. On one hand I'm like I hope she really wasn't assaulted and on the other hand...I'd be pretty f'd up if my personal stuff got out there and maybe I'd deny stuff too cause of the unexpected exposure.

the judge made an absolutely crazy ruling in declaring those messages legally defamatory - that private messages between two people count as public, that Dr. Luke wasn't a public figure. but that is all very consistent with how the law has treated victims of assault tbh.
