Between 1998 and 2002, Hartnett was a staple in films. It’s not often that someone’s first movies are as memorable as “Halloween H20,” “The Faculty” and “The Virgin Suicides.” Follow that up with “Black Hawk Down,” “O” and “Pearl Harbor,” and it’s hard to think of someone who was busier than he was in such a small amount of time.

I’m still so in love with this man and that awful haircut he had in the 90s/early 00s. The Faculty is one of my favorite movies and half of that reason is bc of him lol. I can’t wait to see him in that M Night joint.

The Faculty is unfairly overlooked/underrated*

*Don't tell me otherwise -- I haven't seen it since I was 12

Loved him in Penny Dreadful.

Didn't know he had 4 kids, knew about the first two.

He's from my state. Saw him and his wife at the movie theatre I worked at. Didn't realize it was him until they were already walking to their theatre.
