Except for my uncle on joes side my grandparents,mom and her side of the family understand i do not want kids

When I was younger and wanted to have kids, everyone told me I was too young to think about it.

Then when I was older and had a chronic illness diagnosis, and decided I didn’t want to have kids, the same people flipped out and said I would regret it.

I guess I rather not have kids and regret then have kids and regret it. I don’t know a lot of people who love being parents. During the pandemic, everyone was so resentful of their children. I feel like I made the right choice for me.

nope, though one time my grandma said in conversation among a big family gathering that I would "never abort her grandbaby" and it was a little awkward because I had at that point very much done exactly that lol
