And the IDF stood by and let settlers in the West Bank tear apart a guy delivering sugar not to Gaza's truck, and then when they realized he wasn't going to Gaza, left him. The IDF then destroyed the sugar delivery when the guy asked to reload his cargo. I think that's what happened, but the IDF is obviously complicit. As one soldier told a reporter, they're not there to stop the settlers, they're there to protect them while they do what they want to do.
