They announced it at the 20th, didn't release until 2014, and the animation issues were big enough to drive a tank through
Season 3 of Crystal was much better, but it honestly felt rushed and disrespectful

If you watched the DiC dub...it'll be a very different experience watching the Viz dub. Sadly it's a downgrade dub wise even though it's a "direct" translation.

Unpopular opinion but I prefer the crystal version to the 90s and I say this as an ass old person who was getting the fansuvs from vkll as they were being released. The chibiusa being rescued from sharks by a baby dinosaur while avoiding an erupting volcano was just too much lol
