Also for someone who’s so over the top when it comes to her career I like how she’s genuinely private when it comes to her personal life. She’s been in a relationship with this guy for years and no one knows anything about him. But they seem happy and stable.

I remember her saying in an interview that she thought it was crazy how other celebs put their private relationships out there. She couldn't understand it.

Yeah, I was just thinking about it - when Taylor and Joe were “private” I knew it was just an aesthetic and she didn’t really mean it because she always found a way to get the narrative she wanted out there, via music, Easter eggs, carefully timed pap walks, etc. We still knew a lot about them, it wasn’t really private at all. Not to pick on them specifically, it was just an easy example of how most “private” celebrity couples really aren’t that private.

But Gaga and her man really are PRIVATE no quotation marks needed. Last year I googled whether they were still together and no one even seemed to be sure, then I tried to find out more about him and literally couldn’t find anything other than that he’s from the San Francisco Bay Area and has one brother. I think it goes to show she has her priorities straight, she’s gonna do the most as a celeb and give us all the entertainment we could ever ask for but protect the most important things in life.
