i hooked up with this guy once after the club and was blown away to find out later that he was in his late 40s. he legit looked like in his early 20s. he said he got work done somewhere in turkey.. .

I knew Turkey was where guys went for cheap hair transplants but the radical plastic surgery is new for me haha. I guess better than Tijuana?

I went to Tijuana, I don't think the clinic is still there (last time I looked I couldn't find their webpage) but I had fan-fucking-tastic results. Like, multiple American surgeons commented on how good the work was (they assumed I had it done here). Actually, the Mexican doctors fixed my belly button, which an American doctor had done kind of a shitty job on after a first surgery. I saw below that you didn't mean to generalize, I'm only chiming in cause my doctors were awesome and I'm so grateful I tell the story to anyone who mentions TJ lol.
