Finally watched it now that the season ended. I think it moved a little too fast for me to even get my brain caught up to what's happening before it moved onto the next thing. I'm glad it's not glacial like the old series but let me just absorb it before moving ahead! Also I think I definitely missed a few plotlines here and there.

Back then I had to watch it on Teletoon that liked to play random episodes half the time and restart it to S1E1 whenever it wanted so I never got to finish the entire series. I'll end up going back to watch the rest in a bit.

Agreed regarding the pace. There were several episodes where I had to pause and make sure I didn't accidentally skip ahead, because the storylines took such turn.

tbh I watched every episode (though admittedly I watched from like 2-6 and then went back to 1) and thought "Oh I just don't know X-Men comics so maybe other people are understanding better."
