I read this is also the first US film in 13 years to win the Palme [the last was The Tree of Life in 2011]

As a longtime enjoyer of hooker romcoms, I was already interested in Anora, but this is now making me extra excited, especially for Mikey Madison's performance

I haven't actually seen The Tree of Life all the way through, but man, I am a big fan of the dinosaurs in that movie about growing up in 1950s Texas. And the creation of the universe set to opera. Brad Pitt was there. I'm not quite sure what the movie is actually about, I've only seen the cool bits.
