I would normally agree that it’s no one’s damn business and journalists should not go there BUT given the very public narrative J Lo has pushed onto us about her ~destined~ romance with Ben via her new album, self-financed film, AND documentary about the same - I won’t blame anyone for directly asking her tbh

I don’t think it’s a sin to question if what someone is selling you is authentic or not when there is a lot of news to suggest it isn’t any longer

Even if that's the case, he's still in the right here because that's what they're all there for. I personally think he's a bit of a pandering weasel (due to the whole Mark Wahlberg thing) but it's also possible he was genuinely defending her and having her back. Honestly, more costars should stand up against irrelevant personal questions like these during the promo circuit.

I think it's fine what she did and I do find it's rude that the question was asked. If this was an event where she's the only onenin attendance. Maybe. And that's a hard maybe. But then I don't hate jlo as much as others.

That's nice what Simu did but idk her and Ben especially her have been playing into the media with this so it's not totally odd for the media to question it.

At the same time, this journalist is blunt as hell Dios mio!
