It looks like the security guard said something and Rowland replied in that fake nice way and then something escalated it quickly. I know people are going to giver her shit for this especially considering what happened previously but it definitely looked like a "I'm not going to judge because I don't know what happened" moment

So I was kinda right assuming it had something to do with the rushing and getting in front her camera shots cause that's what it looked like in the video. Another user mentioned that it seems like most people are rushed on the stairs except for the big stars I guess.

I wonder what the lady told her since she says she was scolded.
