courts are such an inhospitable place for abuse victims trying to seek justice, it's borderline antithetical to it. because the law is all about the written word and things as they are literally, and abuse oftentimes is more about what is implied or perceived. what an abuser says may sound innocuous to anyone BUT his victim(s). so maybe the literal wording on this nda is something seemingly innocuous like "familial interpersonal matters" but angelina knows exactly what he's attempting to bury.

ABUSE VICTIMS HAVE THE RIGHT TO SPEAK ABOUT THEIR EXPERIENCE. this is amber heard's op ed all over again, wtf!
