Someone said Lisa Marie used it as collateral for a loan, I think, and then, because it wasn't "paid" tried to put it up for auction. I think.

Yea and the notary who was on the document said she never met Lisa Marie, and everyone who tried contacting these people kept getting dead numbers/emails.
