I saw a Tik Tok of a person who used to be celeb personal assistant. She was the assistant of one of Jennifer’s close friends whom she wouldn’t name (commenters seem to think Leah Remini).

Anyway - the person said that the celeb who she worked for asked Jennifer Lopez how much she paid her personal assistants. The celeb/Jen’s friend paid her’s (and the Tik Toker) about 100K. Apparently Jen balked at that and said “those people are only worth 70K max.” And then she went on to say other not so nice things about having to work J Lo adjacent when Jen’s friend set up a “girl’s night” with J Lo. But yeah this is just one of many anecdotes of her treating subordinates very poorly
