He is such a sassy little bitch. I love that he took the two seconds to find it on YouTube to accompany his Juan/Theresa/Roberto translation of their story (followed by "you shared a boyfriend!").
I think I finally figured out why I’m not as captivated by the season as I was the first. I just don’t love Claudia as much. she was probably my favorite character. The new actress , might be better than the original. But it’s not working for me anymore. I hope that changes. It also feels like they’re not even trying with her age.
I actually miss Lestat, which I can’t believe I’m saying. That letter!
Armand is just there to me ( unless it’s anything to do with Daniel). Still loving Daniel.
Scenes between Louis and Armand feel so forced. But I do buy their chemistry in the flashbacks. Loved the murder mansion scene.
Same regarding Claudia. She seems talented, but looks like an adult in her 30's. And she definitely does not look young enough to be Louis' daughter. I'm surprised they did not just cast someone in their late teens that reads on film as a 14 year old.
I also wonder why it's so heavy on Armand this season. I did not read the books, but considering it's called Interview with the "Vampire" and not "Vampires", it's losing some of it's intensity from the first season in giving both Armand and Louis equal screen time in current day.
Yeah, one of the reasons why they said they aged up Claudia was because they were filming in New Orleans. Which is not a concern anymore. So I don’t know why they did not get someone a little bit younger.
I think they're just trying to weave in Armand's backstory now to condense/combine the series a bit cause there's 13 books (he has one on his story) and it makes sense to have it done now cause he's more involved in this story than he was in the books.

Daniel being gobsmacked at a point in the interview had me loling irl.
Claudia's pure delight in the theatre and around Paris was a joy the watch.
Santiago is so scary and just draws you in.
Armand is so good controlling the narrative in Paris and in Dubai.
Louis is tentative and worried and is being seduced in Paris.
Lestat is barely there BUT he also permeates everything anyway (even though he's not in Dubai he may as well have always been.)
This is too long but once again Jacob Anderson is killing it.
