Hmmmm. Not that the Iron Man story is so hard to believe, but I sure don't believe his version of the last one there -- he recorded a woman without her consent because of "false allegations" after admitting to abusing at least one other woman, and somehow she got it and threatened to release it...? The secret footage featuring her? Maybe she threatened to release it because, uh, it shows him abusing her??

I think he was recording everything, not video but audio only because he said "dictaphone". But most states are one party consent so knowing the law is really important (I learned when an employee was secretly recording me)
