I have just binged all 10 episodes of X-Men 97 over the last few hours to provide my, admittedly biased and entirely subjective, ranking of all 10 episodes of X-Men 97. For context, I have watched each and every episode of this series at least 3 times, never skipping the intro, because why skip over

yeah whoo good job. I would say I wish Storm had more of a presence. I'm glad she had an arc but like I want to see her with the team, but I do not know enough about X-Men.

It was just awkward that her return to the team felt kind of as if she had never been gone and that Gambit died while she was away....no mention of it. No tears. Nothing.

I didn't even think about her reacting to Gambit's passing. Especially since, aside from Rogue, she was the one that was closest to him. At the same time, she's such a strong person that she might have had a mentality more akin to "we can mourn later, the world is ending in 12 hours, Remy will have to wait."

I liked the finale the best. I was worried based on the comics they would just have Xavier wipe Magneto's mind so I'm glad they went the route they did with Xavier helping him.

This is the correct ranking of episodes for sure. I will never recover from Remember It/Happy Nation will never bf the same song again ;_; And I'm with you I wish we spent less time with Charles and the aliens and more with Storm and Maddie.

Animated series Charles is just so frustratingly wrong about so many things x_x Beast is the true moral center of the team - true and tested goodness and zero naivete.

Definitely agree with #10.

I'd probably rank TiE pt.1&3 a little lower tbh.

Overall its a great season and I just watched it all back and it runs REALLY well together. Though they shouldnt have waited so long to bring Storm back and gave her more to do in Pt.3 as it really just throws off her entire journey imo. I think ultimately they were kind of scared of how powerful Storm is.

But some of the fans who are downright harassing Beau for it and saying this show sucks need to get a reality check.

Most creators are scared of how powerful Storm is, much in the same way that they are with Superman.

As for people harassing Beau, they're just sad, sorry pathetic people. Beau showed Storm at her mot powerful. Could more have been done? Sure! But he still did the most!
