According to Taylor Swift's official website (and tons of ads floating around social media), she will be releasing an additional three versions of her latest album, The Tortured Poets Department. Each variation is a digital download of the standard edition (not the Anthology edition) and each has a separate "phone draft songwriting memo."
This brings the total of versions to nine CD variants (including collector's editions and standard deluxe editions with bonus tracks), six vinyl variants, four cassette variants and now five digital variants (if I'm wrong, ONTD, please correct me). Notably, as fans are pointing out, Billie Eilish is also set to release her newest album HIT ME HARD AND SOFT tomorrow. Many Billie fans on Twitter/X speculate this is Taylor's attempt to block Billie from debuting higher.
Billie Eilish remains untouchable and universally acclaimed while Taylor Swift looks insecure releasing 10 variants of her new album in an attempt to beef with a 22 year old.
