I'm actually angry. The whole movie should be each character taking turns singing "Money Money Money." They've already used all the best of ABBA, like "The Winner Takes It All."

Meryl is the reason Donna was killed off. Meryl has a no sequels clause in her contracts but she agreed to come back if they killed Donna off.

Now she is backtracking and saying she regrets the request because filming the first one was the best time and the bit she did film for #2 was like “going back home”.

I don't think I actually want another one of these movies. first of all they've stretched the ABBA discography pretty thin by now, and there's not much else to mine plotwise from that story, and also I recently watched the sequel a little too soon after watching the original and got *incredibly* anxious about the passage of time seeing how fucking old everyone had gotten between movies so I don't even wanna know what a 2028 version or whatever is gonna look like
