How much legal and financial trouble will he likely be in?

What I gather from the Fauxmoi post is that this is really just a result of his own choices and Angelina was giving him a lot of undeserved breaks. The part I find wild is that while people do change, I sincerely doubt that Angelina would've discussed the abuse in way that would really damage Brad. Not that he doesn't deserve repercussions, just that I think she is smart and sadly wouldn't come off well if she told the entire story with details.

Potentially a shit ton. Depending on exactly what you're alleged to have done and the exact duties tied to your job title(s), you can be on the hook for a whole mix of civil or even criminal liability. Obligations to act in the interests of the business, to make accurate financial reports, tax implications, embezzlement accusations... it could be very messy.

Which, besides his being an abusive POS who wants to keep controlling his ex, would certainly be one explanation for him being so dead set against her selling to someone he hasn't approved. If you're doing shit you shouldn't, you do not want a new co-owner who's going to actually check up on you.
