Love that they shouted out Michael and Da’Vine (I hope she’s in most of the episodes. Her and Oliver are the best).

This is such a fall show for me so I’m conflicted because I’d rather watch it sooner rather than later but also don’t want to watch it while I’m sweating or sitting in AC air.

When season 2 came out I had to just ignore it for a while because they released it at the peak of summer. I went to a friend’s house to watch the first episode and his AC was out so we were sitting there sweating watching a show where everyone was in scarves and wool coats.

At least this time if they start releasing it in late August I guess it’ll be basically fall when the finale comes around? Assuming they don’t drop all the episodes at once.

Just gonna say it, I’m over this show. I think I was over it after the first half of the first season to be honest

I don’t think it’ll ever recreate that magic of the first season but you checked out before it even ended??

Side note: hope there’s more Joey Caverly this season but I’m not sure how they’ll fit him in.

No no, I’ve watched every season, I just thought it lost the magic after the first few eps. Stuck around because my husband and I enjoy watching it together and this last season got me bc I love Paul Rudd, but he couldn’t make it exciting again for me wah.

I had to Google Joey! I didn’t know his real name - I LOVE his character, and Nathan Lane’s but Nathan is great in everything lol

Phew! lol. It def is habit watching this show. I feel like this past season was better than the previous but I am still keeping my expectations at “meh.”

The Joey and Nathan casting was so perfect!

It's unfortunate that so many shows seem to be leaning on celeb cameos lately.

I actually really enjoyed last season, and it's the most I've liked a Meryl performance in a long time, but I think that was largely down to how charmed I was by the theater setting.

The one person I would've really liked to have seen is David Hyde Pierce in S3.
