I actually enjoyed his cameo, it was one of the few memorable scenes in otherwise dreadful season.
Not related to abbott elementary, but [maybe a spoiler?]his cameo/guest role in Dungeons & Dragons also brought me a lot of joy, the whole scene was hilarious.
He's good, when he doesn't take himself seriously. He needs to do more comedy.
