Oh Demi...she is obviously very pretty, but her face looks unnaturally smooth in pictures. I don't think i would ever be on the marker for these types of products, but this advertisement makes it even less likely.

You are a very beautiful person, Demi! Let yourself be!

what a sad thing to promote ☹️ nothing wrong with wrinkles, they are proof of experiences, emotions and a life well spent 😁👍🏼

Italian legendary actress Anna Magnani once told a make up artist:
“Leave me all the wrinkles, don't take away even one. I paid for them all dearly. It took me forever to earn them!“

I love this perspective and wish it was how society viewed ageing.

It's taking me a while to de-program myself from aging anxieties. And I'll still worse on some days, but good on others.

I remember being so anxious about turning 30 (! still so young, right?), but now I'll be turning 40 in July and have worked over the years to remind myself that aging = good and often a privilege. So many people unfortunately do not even make it to 30 or 40 so why should I bitch about turning a year older? I was vocally complaining about turning 30, but I had a friend of mine who was diagnosed and then died of cancer at 33 (the diagnosis to death was all within 6 months) and it really put things into perspective for me.

Not saying I criticize others for having aging anxieties- it's normal and b/c there are a lot of societal issues (and how people are treated differently) surrounding aging - but I wish society as a whole would change their mindset around aging and treat people with respect and not view them any different because they (shock) have lived long enough to have wrinkles.

Oh so the only thing it took to get her to go to the Met Gala, after she stated she wouldn't go again, was some coin from a prescription injectable. How embarrassing.

So, she uses the met to sell injectables, Cardi B can't even remember the name of her designer, Kim K looked like she was gonna pass out, Tom Ford looked like shit not wearing Tom Ford, 95% of the men showed up in boring black suits (BAN THAT SHIT ANNA!), and worst of all, Rita Ora was there. Let's face it, getting an invite to The Met Gala is about as hard as getting a reservation at Outback Steakhouse. After Andre Leon Talley died, all the trash showed up and it's clear, they're here to stay.
