Yeah when I first read that I was mindblown. That essentially means she has a different sense of taste and the things she's tried would taste different to her 🤯

I wish I could be more adventurous when trying savoury snacks in other countries, but I have a food allergy and I can’t always read all the contents on the packages so I have to be careful. I do say though in Austria and Germany, pretzel snack foods taste a million times better and I miss them. Along with the chocolates.

I'm not sure why this is labeled as weird because those are just normal sweets in German? Like, yes, the orange filled chocolates are something that not everyone likes but the rest?

Do we even have weird snacks/candy? I feel our stuff is nothing too out of the ordinary, variations of chocolate and gummy bears, all kinds of biscuits and cookies.

I don't think so but then I mostly eat Yoghurette, Kinderschokolade and sometimes some crisps
