Yeah, the strike fucked stuff up (rightfully so). Resident Alien had 8 episodes instead of 16 and it was literally a “nothing at all happened” season.

I am glad the ghosts are getting more screen time compared to season 1 where we would see only a three ghosts an episode.

Ugh, I’m not caught up but I guess Flower didn’t get sucked off after all. Mixed feelings.

They revealed that Flower was still around pretty early on in the season, which made her being gone seem anti-climactic. They revealed who was sucked off in the season premiere and then a few episodes we saw Flower again. I want to say it was the third or fourth episode. It was definitely before they had a break from new episodes - I think that was in March (which made no sense to me - if the season only has ten episodes, why not just run them ten weeks in a row? is a break really necessary when you have so few episodes?).

Sorry, I phrased that in a really confusing way. You are remembering it correctly! In the season premiere, Sam and the ghosts were running around to see which ghosts were still around so they could figure out who got sucked off. Flower was the only one they couldn't find so they came to the conclusion that she was the one who had been sucked off.

The audience saw Flower again in the third or fourth episode so we knew she was still around (but the other ghosts still hadn't seen her). Last week, the prom ghost in the attic wandered downstairs and told them who actually got sucked off so they realized Flower was still somewhere on the property but they didn't know where.
