I didn't know about this case, but now I'm literally sick to my stomach over it. In general I do believe we should be practicing more restorative justice, but not for people like this. Using a name from a movie about a serial killer? After what she did? And then trying to change it again? Fuck outta here with that shit. The very least thing she can suffer is living in infamy for the rest of her damn life.
