Ugh, I love her work. In fact, the only thing I've seen her in that I didn't like her in was the National Theatre Live version of A Streetcar Named Desire, and she got a lot of acclaim so maybe it was just me, idk. It didn't work. Scully and Stella are my fave characters of hers, though.

I've been doing my umpteenth X-Files rewatch, this time with all the alien eps, which I usually skip... I'm up to S2 E19, and ugh, I love them.

Same with The X Files! I wanted to try and really make sense of the mythology episodes this time even though I know it's pointless, lol. I'm also towards the end of s2 and while I love the show, season 2 is just not great. It's very much like that meme of the dude saying "Aliens", which of course is to be expected but... yeah. I'm happy it's diversifying as we go along.

definitely, there’re some really good single arc episodes. i actually prefer later seasons when it less focus on aliens .

I still love Hannibal sfm and I feel like I could easily get sucked into a(nother) rewatch at any time.

Caroline Dhavernas (your pic) is so beautiful. People talk a lot about Hugh Dancy, Mads, Gillian, but IMO she's the most stunning person on that show!

I thought I knew all the old school txf trivia but I did not know Cynthia Nixon auditioned for Scully! I can kiiinda see it working actually, but it would not have been the same character.

I wish this had been longer/included more of her roles. It was really interesting to hear her talk about her process even briefly.
