I hadn't heard season 3 was confirmed! And my 82-year-old mother loves the show, so the image of a bunch of old(ish?) white ladies watching it film is especially funny. I think it appeals to older women via a combination of Rodriguez's natural charm, Will Trent's vulnerability and amazing dress sense, and of course Betty. (Also in Mom's case she was a huge fan of The Wire, so of course she's gonna watch a show that has 2 of the same actors.)
