This free concert could be in Miami’s South Beach, and people could still have the same concerns.
It’s great to hear that there has been so many events with no problems at this beach, but as things like Astro City festival (America), or that recent Halloween event (South Korea), things can go south in an instant if something happens that could lead to trampling/no room to run around.

It's great that this place hosts huge events all the time, but you're clearly referring to any large gatherings. I always think worst case scnearios if there's some sort of panic that triggers a stampede of running.
