Ironically, you’re better breaking your ankle than you are spraining/twisting it. If you break it, they can operate and reset it. Sprain and twisting you just have to baby until it’s stronger but it’ll never be as strong as it was.
as somebody who hardcore busted their ass in october and now has 3 metal plates and multiple screws in their ankle and is still re-learning to walk properly in PT 2x a week....
