I know some shorter guys that are fucking great and I feel like some ladies are missing out on them because of their height but Kevin Hart is fucking awful so I hope no one dates him ever. He’s probably married though.

Now is a good time to talk about how this multimillionaire raised prices by up to 25% at his restaurants after California’s $20/hour minimum wage law went into effect this month. The little guy has enough cash to open three locations in 8 months but “needed” to raise prices because he now has to pay his employees more 🙄

since min wages $20, is tipping still expected remain the same at 20% min?
im not in the US, the tipping culture is so strange, pay your worker fair wages instead relying on customer to offset

YES. 20/hr = 41,600 per year. That’s still an insanely low wage in any state.

Tipping culture sucks and I agree that it shouldn’t be up to the consumer to offset wages but not tipping will only hurt the workers who need that money. Until laws change that force the industry to change, always tip at a restaurant when in the US.
