What did you think of the episode?

I felt like it was a good, natural resolution(?) to the Maddie storyline. I have a feeling the writers are setting the stage for a bigger end-of-season arc, especially since Noah is now involved. I got so used to the episodic storytelling of the last few seasons that it all felt kind of weird at first, but now it reminds me of a more heavy-handed version of similar plotlines they would roll out during the Stabler era.

I'm enjoying the season so far, especially with all the callbacks to the previous seasons. It feels like the writers are really trying to recapture what made SVU/Benson so captivating in the first place. I'm looking forward to seeing what comes next!

i like that the maddie stuff is over. i didn't want it to stretch several episodes. i was glad there were other episodes in between. however, i think this was a good wrap-up to that story. the shit w/the mum?!
