I'm not saying that this is right, but this seems like standard practice. Sydney Sweeney was doing this a few months ago.

I remember my high school bully shook my hand and squeezed the heck out of it, when we were introduced as coworkers….women who do this are the worst and do this to show micro-aggression on their peers.

I do this to show microaggression to men, I (cis female, not tall) do this to specific men I meet (usually when meeting overseas) who are from my country in a specific industry and office, because I need to establish dominance immediately. These men (also women) usually have a history of arrogance toward people I used to work with so I am still not over it.

I know the above sounds like a word salad but I am basically saying am guilty of that with a specific group of humans.
