The last one sounds like it could be fun. Last film I watched was The Red Turtle and damn someone could have warned me.

The only movie we've gotten to recently was Civil War, which was good but definitely a once and done for me.

I watched We Grown Now for the Indie Spirits and it was very good, if depressing.

Not really interested in any of the new releases. I'd see Abigail, but my husband is a firm no on that one, so maybe I'll go by myself next week or something.

I'm interested in We Grown Now because the 80s-90s was a wild time in Cabrini Green but yeah, I can see how it would be depressing. A lot of sad things happened there.

i wasn’t planning on seeing it in theatres, but i found out today ministry of ungentlemanly warfare is skipping theatres here in canada (also the UK) entirely and going straight to prime video. i know that probably makes lionsgate extra cash, but it still feels like a weird choice.

anyways, the first rebel moon was perhaps the worst movie i watched in 2023… yet will i still watch the sequel? for some dumb reason, probably! abigail is on my list too. glad that one seems to be well-received.

Surprised to see Alex Pettyfer with a job, isn’t he an absolute nightmare to work with?

I saw a screening of Abigail. It takes too long to get going, but then it's worth it. Would recommend!! It's such a fun time.
