She's so beautiful and elegant-looking in the original, I don't get it.

So they gave her a wig and a new face and they gave him cheekbones? lol.

IDGI, Collins face and expression is creepy and that is the one thing they leaves as is??? They even adjusted the curtains and mirror frame.

I get that the initial direction was seductive and simmering tension but ended up leaving more murder mystery than sexual.

Deciding to edit it to be more of a wallflower glow up makes sense, but that was already there in the first pic, it just needed better lighting on Nicola and ok, maybe a different Colin...

Changing her eyeline and bangs was such weird choice. They went from looking at each other to her ignoring him with her bangs in the way as an added barrier.

Also they’ve changed the side her parting is on and it looks so weird to me. Plus she looked more like she had a backbone and an aura of murder mystery in the original - she looks ditzy and overly made up in the new one and that is not the direction I’d like Penelope to go!
