Googled trigger warnings for it. Looks like there’s some depiction and discussion of sexual assault, abuse, drug use, stalking, internalised homophobia and some intense themes around mental health (shame, manipulative behaviour)

I read an interview with him and I applaud how he's still able to see the "human" in Martha in spite of her illness. Not a lot of people are willing to do that.

A lot of other things happen that don't have much to do about Martha, but I understand you not wanting to relive that, even a little bit.
