taking back sunday - good performance

88 rising - I'm gonna need to know when that bibi x jackson wang collab comes out. atarashii gakko! are such a fun group to watch. never heard of xin liu before but she was great.

the rose - always deliveres amazing performances so this was no different. even the cinematography looked great until the director started fucking up with what camera they were going to. a running theme for coachella this year.

I haven't watched it yet but recommend people check out Olivia Dean's set. She's great.

I checked hers and she is definitely one of the best discoveries at Coachella for me!

Not my favorite day of the fest, tbh, but I've still had plenty to watch!

Reneé Rapp was ok, Olivia Dean was very good, and Victoria Monét put on a hell of a performance. Have Khruangbin streaming right now, but then I think I might turn it off for an SNL break and come back during the Jamie XX set. I'm not a Doja girlie.

Fave sets of the weekend: No Doubt, The Last Dinner Party, Tyler the Creator, L'Imperatrice, Vampire Weekend, and Chloe. Loved getting intros to Palace, Chappell Roan and Raye. Enjoyed nearly everything I watched, tbh! Bummer about the sound issues, especially for Lana and The Japanese House, but hopefully they'll get it sorted next weekend.
