oh you're right! Bridget's friend mentions that apparently he died at some sort of plane crash and the wreck left behind meant they couldn't recover a body. Wow.

I'm gonna miss Colin :( It was bad enough to open the latest film with them having broken up.

This is silly, but I don't really like sequels to romantic comedies on principle: it just feels like it's wasted time if then the protagonist is gonna end up with somebody else anyway

(for slightly different but related reasons I don't like sequels to slashers: somebody survives a terrible ordeal and then... it just happens again? ehh)
