I watched this movie a couple of times in theaters even if I was by myself. I was really enamored with Bucky at the time lol But when I rewatched it for the first time in years a while back I found myself bored and fell asleep. Maybe it’s because I had seen it way too much back then??

Peak MCU, and my favourite Marvel movie!!!! It’s just so good. I miss being excited about Marvel lol. It was a fun time to be a fan

they quite literally will never make another MCU movie like this. absolutely fucking perfect movie, sorry to everyone who hates it, hates stuckies or sambuckies or any team cap person!!! but it's perfect, best MCU movie even if only by a fight scene or two...or three SORRY (the opening scene, and then Fury's car chase - still Fury's best MCU moment - and then the causeway fight AND THEN the fight with steve bucky!!! I LOVE THIS MOVIE!)

The fight scenes really stand out to me compared to other MCU generic fights. There was such a menacing quality to them that most MCU villains just didn't capture (and the unsettling soundtrack backed them up) and the final one was just heartbreaking.
