Oh that’s cool. What are we brewing this time? I hope it’d be able to convey the same message it had in the OG Legally Blonde. It was perfect esp so intelligent. It worked great and fared better than Barbie’s.

You know what else I like that’s kind of in the same vein? The House Bunny with Anna Faris. Hugh Hefner’s gross problematic ass aside it’s got that same feel good girls can grow and be what they want to be message.

I think RW is the type of producer who would and does pitch new ideas…but she’s enough of a businesswoman that she’ll resort to selling this warmed-over crap because new stuff isn’t selling. What a shame. Hard not to feel discouraged.

Yeah! You nailed it. Perfect example. That show was cute and lighthearted! It was manageable, right? Alicia Silverstone was supposed to star in it but yeaaah. I still feel like hers would be a unique take on the tv series esp creative wise. 🤔

Curious on how it works for RW since she is quite experienced in other TV series in the past. Given that she knows how to keep it personable, cute and fun

Exactly, it was a fun little continuation in that universe, and imo Rachel Blanchard followed in Alicia Silverstone's footsteps quite well! If they cast a newbie who similarly embodies everything that we loved about Reese's Elle in LB1, it could work.
