The first time I watched Roots, it shook me to my core. My mom said she watched it when it debuted and has not rewatched it since. May he rest in power.

Aww. :( I loved him in An Officer and a Gentleman. The relationship his character had with Richard Gere's character was really the highlight of the movie. Especially the scene at the end...
