He's not directly involved in this business (that I know of) but when Cassie's stuff came out a lot of people on twitter started throwing Jay's name out there. I don't remember exactly what it was but I do remember thinking "oh damn if true I hope Beyonce is fine". It could something completely separate but definitely damning.

As soon as I saw that there were RICO charges, I was like oh, he is going down. The feds will quietly gather evidence and build a case for as long as it takes, even if it takes years. They won't serve a warrant like this unless they KNOW they have enough proof to get a conviction (which is why the feds have such a high conviction rate). That's why when Jen from the Real Housewives of SLC finally got arrested, I was like guuuuuurl.
