I have a pear cut solitaire and I like it lol but pears are so polarizing.

I wouldn’t have minded an emerald engagement ring, maybe with diamond side stones or halo set in yellow gold. I just don’t think I’d want to wear an emerald every day, and I do wear my ring daily. Perhaps a milestone anniversary gift.
