Overall I think India Amarteifio has the nicest outfit, but it feels like it's wearing her instead so I can't say she's Best Dressed.

I think for that I'd like to say Fantasia (Once I saw it was a bow and not ugly gloves) or Sheryl Lee Ralph since they're really shining in those outfits!
