Finally saw Dune 2. I really enjoyed it and thought it was visually really stunning in parts. But Timmy and Zendaya barely had any chemistry and their relationship was no where near as epic as it needed to be

Imagine throwing away your credibility as a voice for Asians for a basic bitch movie like Arthur the King lol.

oh hmmm will have to try to see Magical Negroes. Butterfly in the Sky looks intriguing, though mostly because I love looking at LeVar Burton.

i belatedly saw madame web, which certainly was a motion picture. i thought everyone had to be exaggerating about the terrible adr, but it was even worse than i imagined. what an experience. i did laugh a lot! also went to dune 2 in imax this week, at the other end of the cinematic spectrum lmao

i checked out scrapper at home and what a lovely movie. it's a little bit florida project meets aftersun, but overall optimistic. the lead father-daughter pair both gave great performances. i'm happy harris dickinson is taking off right now. i watched damsel on netflix too and it's a movie that would have felt very fresh in about 2011.

planning on watching driveaway dolls at some point this weekend.
