I have several friends who were brought up in zionist households who are now staunchly anti-zionist so there's always hope.

I follow a handful of Jewish pro-Palestine tiktokers who either have deprogrammed themselves in the past or are in the process of doing so now. As with any sort of brainwashing/propaganda, it’s been really hard for them, especially because they get SO much hatred online from fellow Jewish people/zionists. But, their voices are important in uplifting Palestinians and reminding the world that you don’t have to just blindly follow one idea or another.

One of my friends runs workshops and it donating a portion of her sales to Palestinian charities. Her own cousins are yelling at her over this. I really admire anti-Zionist Jews who have to go up against their own families in fighting for what's right.
