Like many amateur photographers, I do occasionally experiment with editing. I wanted to express my apologies for any confusion the family photograph we shared yesterday caused. I hope everyone celebrating had a very happy Mother’s Day. C

It's funny to me that they still pretend that William takes the pictures and Kate personally edits and selects them, and it's all natural fun family pictures. Like that's believable.

Because lbr, we all know that they have a huge team around them that do all this stuff - they plan the pictures, set them up, take them, edit them, photoshop them (badly, in this case) etc. Kate and William have zero to do with it, except posing for the pictures and then (maybe) approving them.

Years ago, there were rumors Kate would hire professional photographers for the kids' photos, let them set up and then act like "Okay, ty, move because I'll be taking the actual photos." That's why the family was pissed the time Queen was being officially photographed with all the great grandkids and Kate stepped in to take photos she got credited for all over the media.

i know the royal family is very sexist and racist but i do wonder if instead of having sons they had daughters and if shit like this happened they'd also throw the husband-in-laws under the bus like "look im sorry my son-in-law is shit at photoshop okay but graphic design is his passion"

I don't follow them enough to know if they ever tossed Phillip Mountbatten out to dry, like 'sorry he's pretty but so dumb', but I too am very curious how much of this is sexism / racism vs caring only about bloodlines.
