Tbh I haven't started watching this season yet but I've got the episodes ready to go as soon as I finish like 5 other shows.

I feel like everyone needs to see Betty's weekly sweaters!

Betty has inspired me to start looking at chihuahuas to rescue.

We had two chihuahuas a few years ago. Both gone now but such sweet dogs! I love Betty.

Was it just me or did Angie have visible underarm hair while doing her physical? I don’t recall seeing any actress do that on tv since Ilana on Broad City! If it wasn’t just shadows, then good for her.
As soon as I saw Ricardo Chavira, I knew his character was up to no good. But when they later showed Jennifer Westfeldt as his wife, I knew things would not end well for them.

yes, she 100% had underarm hair and it was AWESOME

this show is always pretty obvious in the whodunnits, imo, but it doesn't decrease my enjoyment of the show

Same. I'm here more for the characters (ahem, including Betty) than the crime of the week.

There are six main elements that bring an Aufguss together:
Heat: Gradually bring up the heat. It’s crucial that near the end of the session you bring the temperature up to the highest point, which makes adrenaline peak and releases endorphins.
Essential oils: The oils give the fragrance experience but also the benefits of the essential oils.
Towel work: This is an art. You train in technique for this. The waving, if performed gracefully, is very beautiful to watch.
Lighting/ambiance: You can use either the natural light or darkness. You can work colored lights, for example.
Music: Waving [the towel] to the music completes the experience.
Style: Last but not least is the Aufguss master themselves. How you guide the guests through the experience and bring all of the elements together.
